disAbility Solutions for Independent Living, Inc., (dSIL) is a non-profit 501(C)3 agency in Daytona Beach, Florida, run by a Board of Directors (BOD) where more than 51% are people with disabilities. The BOD promotes the independence of people with disabilities through empowerment and the support of Independent Living Services. dSIL promotes the application of all disability rights laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.

Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA)
Candidate must have at least 5 years
experience as an EAA or in a management level of work.
This position reports directly to the CEO/President.
Progressive administrative experience in management or human social services. Prior work experience including assisting a CEO or Executive.
Experience in a for profit or not-for-profit arena.
Experience in assistance with
budgeting, knowledge of fee for service programs, grants and public sector funding is preferred. Effective communicator with strong leadership skills and abilities.
Able to navigate change and see the big picture while not losing sight of that picture.
Experience in assisting with and participating in fundraising activities
is a must.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, preferably in a related field such as business support administration, Executive Administrative Assistant or an AA degree in the business of serving individuals with disabilities.
